With warmth and care
Here to listen, reflect and walk alongside you

Separation anxiety entered my world as a toddler and stayed with me well into my 30s, until I learned to meet it with curiosity rather than fear. That shift - learning to listen instead of fight - changed everything for me, and it deeply shapes how I sit with you.
So when love hurts, I hear you. I believe real healing happens when you are finally seen, understood and gently challenged to grow, not when you are trying to keep up an impossible perfection.

Before training as a therapist, I spent a decade in clinical healthcare, working with minor surgeries and sedation. This environment taught me how to stay steady, calm and grounded when people are feeling vulnerable, terrified and overwhelmed. Today, I bring my steadiness and deep empathy into my private practice.
When I’m not working, you'll usually find me with a latte in one hand and a book in the other. I’m a vintage soul and a devoted animal lover. (My name, Gintare, actually translates to amber in my native language. Like the stone, I believe our history and our 'scars' are what give us depth, warmth and resilience.) I'm a mother to two young adults, a sister and a daughter to a family living across oceans and a partner in a relationship that has taught me that love is a practice of living with uncertainty. I value depth, honesty and raw conversation - because that is where clarity emerges and life begins to feel more aligned.
